Terms of use

These terms apply to HTML to Figma by Creative Pouch, provided by CreativePouch (Latvia). By installing or using the plugin you agree to them. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy policy.

Licence

A PRO serial key gives one Figma account unlimited use of the plugin for the period stated at purchase (12 months). It is a one-time payment and does not renew automatically. Keys are personal and may not be shared, resold or published. We may revoke a key that is misused.

Payment

Purchases are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Creem, which handles payment, taxes, invoices and receipts. The price shown at checkout includes any applicable taxes.

Free trial

The free trial includes 3 imports per Figma account. Creating extra accounts to get around this limit is not allowed.

Refunds

If the plugin does not work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase at info@creativepouch.com. The key is revoked when the refund is issued.

Your content

Your HTML and designs stay on your device. You are responsible for having the right to import the content you use, and we claim no rights to it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the plugin to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or reverse engineer, overload or abuse our licence server.

Warranty and liability

The plugin is provided “as is”. Conversion results depend on the HTML and CSS used and may differ from the browser rendering. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your licence. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
